All collaborators must operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and professional standards within their jurisdiction.

Is Legal Lens Solutions a law firm or recruitment agency?

No. Legal Lens Solutions operates as a coordination and professional access platform. It is not a law firm, employer, recruitment agency, or regulated professional services provider. All legal advice, representation, and regulated services are delivered independently by authorised professionals.

Does collaboration create an employment or partnership relationship?

No. Collaboration with Legal Lens Solutions does not create an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, fiduciary, or exclusivity relationship. All engagement is non-exclusive and collaboration-based.

How does collaboration work in practice?

Legal Lens Solutions facilitates professional introductions, coordination, and procedural alignment between clients and independent professionals. Collaboration may include: Referral-based engagement Matter-specific or project-based coordination Jurisdiction-specific professional support Professionals engage directly with clients and retain full responsibility for their services, advice, and regulatory compliance.

Is work guaranteed once I join the network?

No. Legal Lens Solutions does not guarantee work volume, exclusivity, or ongoing engagement. Collaboration opportunities depend on client needs, jurisdictional requirements, and professional suitability.

Who sets fees and commercial terms?

Professional fees, scope of work, and commercial arrangements are agreed directly between the professional and the client, unless expressly stated otherwise. Legal Lens Solutions does not set, negotiate, or control professional fees.

Can I collaborate across multiple jurisdictions or service desks?

Yes. Professionals may collaborate across United Kingdom, Pakistan, Global, or Regional service desks, subject to their authorisation, expertise, and regulatory permissions within each jurisdiction.

What professional standards are expected?

All collaborators are expected to maintain high professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including: Confidentiality and data protection Transparency and accurate professional representation Conflict identification and management Compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations

Is professional indemnity insurance required?

Where required by law or professional regulation, collaborators must maintain appropriate professional indemnity or equivalent insurance. Confirmation of coverage may be requested during onboarding or periodic review.

Can I use Legal Lens Solutions branding or represent the platform publicly?

No. Collaborators may not represent themselves as employees, partners, or agents of Legal Lens Solutions, nor use platform branding or materials without prior written authorisation.

How are confidentiality and data protection handled?

Collaborators must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws and ensure that all client and platform information is handled securely, confidentially, and solely for authorised professional purposes.

Can collaboration be reviewed or terminated?

Yes. Legal Lens Solutions may review collaboration arrangements periodically and may suspend or discontinue collaboration where professional, ethical, or regulatory standards are not met. Collaboration may also be ended by either party at any time, subject to ongoing client and professional obligations.

How do I express interest in collaborating with the network?

Professionals may submit an Expression of Interest through the Partner Onboarding process, providing details of their qualifications, authorisation, jurisdictional coverage, and areas of expertise.

Does inclusion in the network imply endorsement or supervision?

No. Inclusion in the Legal Lens Network does not constitute endorsement, supervision, approval, or validation of professional services. All professionals operate independently and remain fully responsible for their work.

Can collaboration status change over time?

Yes. Collaboration status may be reviewed based on regulatory standing, professional conduct, availability, or platform requirements.
