Client Partner Engagement Protocol

Descriptions

This Client–Partner Engagement Protocol sets out the framework governing how clients engage with independent professionals and service providers through the Legal Lens group structure.

The protocol is designed to ensure:

  • Clear separation of roles and responsibilities
  • Regulatory awareness and compliance
  • Professional independence
  • A consistent and transparent client experience across jurisdictions

Role of Legal Lens Solutions

Legal Lens Solutions operates as an administrative coordination and case management platform.

Across the Legal Lens group, the platform’s role is limited to:

  • Managing client intake and coordination at an administrative level
  • Coordinating documentation, communication, and procedural workflows
  • Facilitating engagement with appropriately authorised professionals or service providers where required
  • Supporting cross-border and jurisdiction-specific processes within defined platform boundaries

Legal Lens Solutions does not provide legal advice, legal representation, immigration advice, or other regulated professional services.

To support coordination and continuity, Legal Lens Solutions maintains platform-level records relating to client registration, engagement history, coordination activity, and communication necessary for case management. These records do not replace, duplicate, or interfere with professional records maintained by independent professionals.

Role of the Collaborating Professional or Service Provider

Collaborating professionals and service providers are solely responsible for:

  • Delivering all legal advice, representation, and regulated services
  • Confirming their professional authority, scope of services, and jurisdictional competence
  • Managing client engagement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Exercising independent professional judgment
  • Complying with ethical, regulatory, and professional obligations

Legal Lens Solutions does not supervise, direct, or influence professional judgment or outcomes.
